Hello, I don't see the plugin feature. Can you tell me why? Thank you

  Hi @...,

  Can you be a bit more specific? What er are specifaclly looking for?

  The available plugins per cameras can be found in the Camera Settings menu, tab Plugins where you can change the settings per camera. In the Camera Rules... menu, you can set up rules with the analytics as the event, with the action of choice.

  in the Camera Settings, i don't see tab Plugins.

  You won't see the plugins, since none apply to this camera with vendor name General.

  We have plugins for the following Vendors:

  • Axis
  • Bosch
  • Dahua
  • Digital Watchdog
  • Hanwha
  • Hikvision
  • Provision
  • Vivotek

  You can see the full list HERE.

  Additionally, you can install third party plugins, as listed in our cloud portal HERE.
