Hi,

I have a DS-2CD2347G2-LU with V5.5.160 build 210108

4.2.0.32841

The analytics events are not working. Is this a known issue with the new models ColorVU

  Hi @...,

  There is no known issue for 4.2.0.32841 regarding analytics issues, but if I recall it correctly, newer firmware from Hikvision resolves this issue.

  Hi Norman Graafsma,

  I received new fw from hikvision

  IPC_G3_EN_STD_5.5.160_210416

  But with same result.

  No bookmarks and objects

  Do you want me to put the camera online?

  Ticket resolved by the customer. In the Hikvision web interface of the cameras Notify surveillance center should be enabled.
