License not valid, Server with matching HardwareID not found
CompletedHi guys,
our licenses are not valid anymore due to "Server with matching Hardware ID not found".

I'm aware of the article https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/211457528-License-Problem-Server-Not-Found but we did not change Motherboard or NICs.
The server is installed bare metal on Ubuntu. Server and Client version: 4.2.0.32658.
We do have a bonding NIC but the MAC address of the bond matches the one in mediaserver.conf
I realised that the storage from /mnt/videodata/HD Witness Media is inaccessible but from some symlink? /videostorage/HD Witness Media is accessible. Perhaps it has something to do with this?

MAC address of NICs were changed, MAC was spoofed to the previous MAC address and the issue was resolved.
