    MAC address of NICs were changed, MAC was spoofed to the previous MAC address and the issue was resolved.

    I'm experiencing a similar issue with multiple "Server with matching hardware ID not found" warnings. 
    Issue occurred after merging cloud systems.  No known hardware changes..
