our licenses are not valid anymore due to "Server with matching Hardware ID not found".
I'm aware of the article https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/211457528-License-Problem-Server-Not-Found but we did not change Motherboard or NICs.
The server is installed bare metal on Ubuntu. Server and Client version: 18.104.22.168658.
We do have a bonding NIC but the MAC address of the bond matches the one in mediaserver.conf
I realised that the storage from /mnt/videodata/HD Witness Media is inaccessible but from some symlink? /videostorage/HD Witness Media is accessible. Perhaps it has something to do with this?
