Hikvision LPR camera iDS-TCM203-A/3813

Hi,
We used to work with model DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P but Hikvision stopped manufacturing and there is no more stock for it in Israel.
The replacing model, iDS-TCM203-A/3813, have different SDK and we tested it in NX and we don't get the LPR analytics from it.
According to NX they can not support it until at least 4.3.
Does anyone have any information about other LPR model that get the license plate number in NX? (even different brand)

You could reach out to our Dutch Reseller, PG Security Systems,(ask for Bas or Antoine) who created a solution for Hikvision LPR cameras to be used within Nx Witness.

Do you plan to supports these new models in Nx with analytics ?

The feature is listed, but the list of features is long, so we cannot provide any solid date when these models will be added.

Please follow this topic for us, it's quite important for ou last lead, in addition within next weeks it will be impossible to get the IDS-2CD7A46G0 we were using before.
Norman-Nx-Support I just called HIK, seems the extra meta data (make, color, direction...) from their IPC (IDS) is not using the common ISAPI...
But do you think we can at least catch the LP numbers in Nx on the new models ?

I was aware of this. Unfortunately the API they use is entirely different, and you cannot catch the license plate numbers. The quickest solution would be to reach out to our Dutch Reseller, PG Security Systems, (ask for Bas or Antoine) and use their solution.
At the moment we try to add the new Hikvision API to the next release, but cannot make any promises at the moment.

Do you have any updated news on that topic ? IDS-TCM should be the main solution from HIK for ANPR in near future...
We got a national SI in France interested in it, and might be able to provide a IDS-TCM403-BI to your team in Holland or Mosow if needed.

If the IDS-TCM403-BI uses the Hikvision ISAPI for their LPR function, it should work in Nx, just as the DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHS works in Nx after Hikvision updated the firmware.I assume Hikvision can confirm that.

I just finished a phone call with HIK (France), seems they have been talking with some people from Nx recently, and the issue might come from Nx side.
Do you have any updated information concerning integration of HIK traffic series (TCM203/TCM403) ?
I expect some information to miss (like color, brand, make...) cause it's a feature that should not be available on ISAPI previously, but can't understand why LPR can't be available...

I had a short conversation with their Technology Partner Program Regional Manager yesterday through a ticket.
I didn't get the confirmation from him yet, but if these models don't use their ISAPI for the analytics, including the LPR feature, currently it won't work. Please reach out to your Network Optix sales contact to discuss the options.

I'm replying on this pretty old topic as we got some request on the subject again.
I got phone call with HIK in France that told me TCM403 might be working now with NX, but in the same time I go no analitycs supported on your compatibility list : https://nxvms.com/ipvd?search=tcm403
Do you know if it's working now or not ? At least the ANPR function...

We can't tell if analytics for a specific model are supported, unless we have access to such a specific device, since we implement through the ISAPI documentation of Hikvision and other vendors.We don't have the mentioned model in stock, so I can't check it, unless you can arrange remote access to such device.
