Hi,

im using a multi sensor camera DH-TPC-1241 with vms version 4.2.0.32659

this camera uses 2 lic.

is this normal?

  Hi @...,

  The camera could be considered as a multi-sensor model in Nx and share one license. However, the model-specific config is required to apply. Could you please port forward the camera and share its details with us? If you need some help port forwarding, please see this port forwarding guide. 

  If you agree, I'll forward this post to our ticket system for you to share some sensitive information.
  We would need the following information:
  1) The public IP address of the camera.
  2) The camera username and password (admin level).
  3) The external port (forward the HTTP and RTSP port).

  Yes, the Dahua DH-TPC-1241 only requires a single license.
