    Analytics stopped working on my Hikvision LPR cameras, maybe a related analysis issue?

    Either way, they have acknowledged that there are issues, not much you can do other than sitting tight.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    We have recently discovered a significant bug in the Nx Witness v4.2 release (build 4.2.0.32658) and plan on releasing a Hotfix to address the issue. Details regarding the issue are available in this article.

    The bug is resolved in the following release:  4.2.0.32840.

    You can update your systems with the following in-client update credentials:

    Build Number: 32840
    Password: ld5xsd

    Thanks for the info. Do you know if also need to update the clients? Just asking because otherwise i need to go on location.

    As soon as you update the server, the client will ask to be updated automatically. No need to go on location.

    Also if the clients don't have internet? With the update from 4.1 to 4.2 it didn't work without internet.
