Hi @...,
Are you able to forward the HTTP/RTSP port of the camera for us to test? If you agree, I'll convert this post into our ticket system for you to provide sensitive information.
Thank you.

Hi @...,
Please provide some more information about what you mean with 'not stable'.
Also, it might be worth a shot to upgrade to the 4.2.0.32840 version, since improvements were made for fisheye cameras, but not sure if it resolves the issue you encounter. You can update your systems with the following in-client update credentials:
Build Number: 32840
Password: ld5xsdAlso, if you really want to downgrade your system, you can follow the instructions in THIS support article.

Hi @...,
Most likely, in this current state, the camera will show similar issues in the Onvif Device Manager as you experience in Nx Witness.
This:
then restore factory defaults on the web-page.
Should solve the issue.

I have this issue with several avigilon cameras on 6.1.0. Sometimes if i set NX to use the secondary stream instead, it works.

Hi Maxwell Paine,
What kind of issue do you experience? And does the same issue also occur in the Onvif Device Manager?
