    Please, use the latest version of OpenGL rendering engine from this repository https://github.com/pal1000/mesa-dist-win/releases

    It works much faster.

    Dear team,

    Me to face the same problem, i have uninstalled and reinstated it.

    i have to try to change the opengl32.dlll file , after page not open showing Dll Error

    What is the solution,

    Hi sabari rajan,

    Based on your hardware specifications I assume you use a server and often servers are limited in the graphical performance.The Matrox Display adapter you showed might not be able to support OpenGL 2.1 or newer and therefore the issue might not be possible to resolve.

    Please check THIS support article for the possible solution. This might resolve the issue, but unfortunately not in all situations.

    Hi Rajan,

    Yes, a graphics card that supports OpenGL2.1 and above should be working.
    Please check the minimum hardware requirements of the desktop client.
