Video Wall Error
AnsweredMy Video wall got error after we upgrade the VMS to the latest version.

I don't see a VideoWall error, I see a device, most likely a camera, and the information that is shown when you hit the Diagnostics button.
I do see VideoWall monitor as being Off, but could that be because the VideoWall clients weren't restarted after the system update? When you performed a VMS update to another version, all connected clients, including the VideoWall client should be restarted.

We already restart the client and server after upgrade.

The video wall can display the camera view. However when we try to change the video wall configuration like drag some other camera view into the screen layout, it does not affected on the monitor of the video wall. One more problem is, our workstation have 2 monitors. But now Nx only detect it only has one monitor.
Please advise.

Based on the provided information, I don't know what goes wrong.
Can you provide the following information:
- Please create a screen recording that shows a reproduction of the scenario?
- Please provide a system overview of the number of servers, regular client, and video wall clients
- Please provide the number of Video Wall licenses
- Lastly, please tell us how many clients are simultaneously connected to the Video Wall clients.
To create a screen recording with Windows, please do the following:
- Open the Nx Witness Desktop Client.
- Go to the Local Settings menu, tab Screen Recording.
- Set the Resolution equal to the actual screen resolution
- Set the Recording Quality to Best.
With Alt+R you can start and stop the screen recording.
For Linux and Mac you can use a third party application, like OBS Studio to record your screen.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry.
Currently, it was hard to have the recording for you because we are not at the power plant site . Actually last time we got problem with the "cross red" icon keep appear and when we try to change the configuration from client that connected to the video wall client, it does not affect anything. So, we try to delete the video wall and add it again. However, now it detect only one monitor on the video wall clients. Before, it can detect the video wall clients as 2 monitors.
Number servers - 2
Number of Video Wall Clients - 5
Video Wall Licenses - 6
Number of Clients simultaneously connected to the Video Wall clients - 2 (client and server running in same hardware)
We need to solve it soon as they are on holiday for Chinese New Year celebration on Thursday. We are going to the power plant site this Wednesday. Is it possible if you could remote to the client desktop to support?
