Need to recover database on a server that I was not able to backup after un-merging from system

So I was following these instructions:

The first step went wrong. I needed to backup the data of a server after un-merging the server from the system but after un-merging I was not able to reconnect to the system because the OTHER server in the system mysteriously is not accessible through my teams Nx cloud.
The other server is online and never changed hardware ID but one day it mysteriously was no longer accessible which is what I think caused this issue.
I still see all the video data on the hard drives of the computer itself so I know they weren't deleted. I then went forward with creating a new system but was unable to restore a backup since I was never able to make one. The new system is up and running but I am unable to access the historical footage of the cameras that are set to record.
Any idea on how to recover this data and make it accessible through the client ??

The unmerged server will be a 'default' server and the backup files can be found on the other server that still exists as a system, where you either create it of pick one that was created automatically by following the instructions in THIS support article.
