Network Issue - email notification
Not plannedIf email notification of a network problem with a camera is enabled, you will receive an email with all Hikvision cameras several times a week/days that the network has been down for 12 seconds, for example.
Hikvision cameras have this property, this will not change. It would be a very nice addition if all notifications were not emailed under an adjustable time in order not to receive unwanted emails.
A nice addition to this notification action, to add a waiting time, adjustable between 10seconds and 15 minutes.

Thank you so much for your feedback and perspective regarding this matter.
Unfortunately, such features are not being worked on at the moment. We understand you would like to have this request implemented, so we will take your feedback into account for future feature discussions.Currently, the best practice to minimize the number of notifications is to reduce the load on the cameras that have such issue. Often you can this by adjusting one or multiple of the following parameters:
- Increasing compression
- Reducing framerate
- Reducing resolution
- Switch from H.265 to H.264
