    My name is Roman and I am a Network Optix technical support engineer.

    There were some issues with the joystick in the Nx Witness version 4.1.0.31398 which were later resolved,
    try to update to the latess patch: Build Number: 32212 Password: d78h3e

    How many joysticks did you connect at the same time? If more than one, try to disconnect all of them, connect just one and try again.

    Have you seen this guide

    Try to follow the steps:
    1. If you are not sure in what order the joystick was connected, restart the client once again.
    2. Make sure the PTZ icon is enabled on the camera added to the layout.

    3. If all steps were performed correctly, but the joystick is still not working, please let us know, thanks.
