i read this article TOPIC  and This Topic

But

I also encountered the same problem
RTSP can enter the account number and password of the server
but there is a validation error
Make sure "Encrypt Video traffic" is not enabled" (The option could be found from the System Administration > General tab)
Who Can please help me remotely?
