PTZ Camera Presets are not retrievable from Nx Witness

Summary

• We have successfully added Hikvision PTZ camera (model: DS-2DY9185-A, Firmware ver: V5.5.0 build 190129) into Nx.
• The default name presets (eg: Preset 1, Preset 2) are listed in Nx.
• While all special presets (eg: Preset Wiper/Washer) and Patrol are not retrievable
• In ODM - All default and special presets are available as in camera browser 
• In Nx's > Camera Settings > Expert - 'Use camera native preset' setting

Environment

• Nx Witness Version: 5.0.0.36221
• Client OS: Windows 10
• Server OS: Windows Server 2022
• Network Topology: 5 servers - 150++ cameras

  After conducting thorough testing and analysis of the camera's response, we have determined that the observed behavior is in line with expectations when using the native API for Hikvision. Please note that the resolution of this issue can only be addressed by Hikvision.
