Prompted to restart the NxWitness ClientNew
When the camera image is displayed on the NxWitness client for a while, the following dialog appears and prompts you to restart the client.
It says "Failed to connect to server" and says "You have to restart Nx Witness Client in compatibility mode to connect to this Server.", but the versions of Client and Server match.
Why is this dialog displayed? How should I deal with this?

This isn't expected behavior.
Please check if there are nx_ini directories for the desktop client and check the desktop_client.ini file.
Can you copy/paste the contents here? Or provide a screenshot?
We suspect that there is an option like:
developerMode = true
If you change the value true to false and restart the client, it should be resolved.

Thank you for your reply. I am asking the customer to check if there is an nx_ini directory. I will report the results as soon as I know them.
