Issue with Software Crashing

One of my clients seems to be having an issue where the software crashes while he's searching for footage etc. Seems to have started since the latest update. See error image below.
Any thoughts?

Also what is the procedure to reproduce this issue? Do you have the full crash report? -

We have added some fixes on MAC client in our 5.0_patch, as well as some extra debug symbols for our MACOS desktop client Do you think you can update to the version listed below to check if the same issue persists?
