Support for LTS CMIP3022 IP Camera

I cant get LTS CMIP3022 camera to work with firmware  V5.3.0 build 151215. When attempting to connect, the VMS says that the camera is not authorized. When I attempt connecting to this same camera using RTPS, it works. I have multiple cameras of this model, and they all behave the same.

  Hi @...,

  1. Does the camera authorise in the Onvif Device Manager?
  2. Did you create an Onvif user as mentioned HERE? (Afaik LTS is an OEM of Hikvision)
  3. Did you try to default the device?
  4. Did you check is newer firmware is available? Most Hikvision models run on fw v.5.5+.
