C4 integration

I'm looking to integrate NX Witness with Tecom C4 and I found the following page https://www.networkoptix.com/blog/2021/06/22/nx-events-monitor-for-c4?hsLang=en

I can't seem to find where this integration actually is though. Is there any more information on how to integrate these?

  Hi David Preston,

  The integration is done through HTTP Generic Events as described in THIS support article.

  Please refer to Gamanet C4 support team or instruction manuals about how to set up HTTP requests inside the C4 applications.

  Hi Norman, thank you for the response. Does that mean the "NX Events Monitor for C4" application referred to in the article doesn't really exist and is just saying that you can use generic HTTP events? It made it seem like there was a tighter specific integration.

  I will reach out the Gamanet.

  I assume you were asking about the integration we used to have for generic integration.

  FYI, this was made around 2019, and it has not been in maintenance, I am not very sure if this would fit your purpose. However, as far as we know, Tacoma C4 has the integration with WAVE (Nx Witness) as well, probably you can contact Gamanet C4 support team for more detail about the integration.

  Hi Ichiro thank you for the response. It does appear as though the article refers to redundant software now that generic events are more native. It seems like the "Simple API Service Activation" referred to in the documentation in your Google Drive link no longer exists in C4. I also can't seem to find anywhere in C4 where I can send a HTTP event so I will get in touch with their support and see what we can do. As for "Wave" integration the only thing I can see refers to a Hanwha system?

  Hi David Preston,

  All the integration is working with WAVE should be also working with Nx, this is the core idea of powered-by-Nx. However, yes, if there are some business deals, this could be a potential question you can ask C4 team.
