The support page within Nx Connect provides a link to a dedicated, external resources page and a method to download a debug file to assist with troubleshooting.

Support Page

Click the Open Support page button to launch a new browser tab that provides access to additional information and services.

Download Debug File

Support teams may need additional information when an error with the application is reported or suspected. Most often this includes what you were trying to do, the expected result, and the actual result.

If requested, generate a debug (.JSON) file by clicking the Download Debug File button on the support page.
