Setting the Channel Partner Access Level

An Organization must grant their Channel Partner one level of access to enable the Services and Keys to function.

1. Open the individual Organization page.
2. Click the Edit button the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Settings from the EDIT sub-menu displayed.
4. Use the pull-down menu to set the Channel Partner Access level to one of the following:
   • An Organization Administrator can manage all sites and services in the organization.
   • System Health Monitor can view site performance metrics and manage services.
   • Subscription Service Manager is limited to subscription management within the site.

NOTES:

1. Channel Partners cannot access any VMS data or view any video archives when using the Nx Connect portal.
2. If a Channel Partner’s access is less than that of an Organization Administrator, only an active Organization Administrator has the authority to restore Organization Administrator privileges to that Channel Partner.
