An Organization must grant their Channel Partner one level of access to enable the Services and Keys to function.
- Open the individual Organization page.
- Click the Edit button the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Settings from the EDIT sub-menu displayed.
- Use the pull-down menu to set the Channel Partner Access level to one of the following:
- An Organization Administrator can manage all sites and services in the organization.
- System Health Monitor can view site performance metrics and manage services.
- Subscription Service Manager is limited to subscription management within the site.
NOTES:
- Channel Partners cannot access any VMS data or view any video archives when using the Nx Connect portal.
- If a Channel Partner’s access is less than that of an Organization Administrator, only an active Organization Administrator has the authority to restore Organization Administrator privileges to that Channel Partner.
