- Log into Nx Connect as an Administrator and select a Channel Partner to manage.
- Open the Settings Menu by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom of the left panel menu or within the Account Profile dialog.
- Select Team Members on the left side menu of the Settings dialog.
- Click the Add New Team Member button above the list of existing users.
- Provide the email address of the new user and select their role.
- Click the Save button to finish adding the user.
| NOTE: Users without an existing Cloud account will receive an email inviting them to create an account. |
