NX server connecting to NX Cloud vis proxy

Hi, would like to know if we can configure the NX server to connect to NX cloud via a proxy server instead of a directly through a firewall. There is a proxy setting that was configured but it only affects the browser on the NX server. All cloud traffics are still going directly and not using proxy.

  Hi @...,

  Due to the function that Nx Cloud provides, it requires the direct internet connection from the Nx System/Server to the Nx Cloud.
  Without the direct internet connection, the UDP hole punching or relay function may not work as expected.
