Support for Dahua ITC437-PW6M-IZ-GN
CompletedHi,
I've got a Dahua ITC437-PW6M-IZ-GN which Dahua state they have not yet shipped a Dahua branded firmware for and so it advertises itself as a "General" brand. Are you able to provide a suitable tweak to resource_data.json to allow me to add this camera perhaps? I'm running the latest build of v5 (35745).
When I try to add the camera it places the following into the debug log, it's not actually able to add the camera in at all currently:

I have a pcap of this that I can provide privately or if need be I can open up access to the camera for NX support to take a look.
Thanks

Hi Campbell Steven,
Would it be possible to provide remote access to the camera?
If so, I can investigate the issue, and create the resource_data.json modification to make the device behave like a Dahua device.0 -
Sure no problem, if you can provide a source IP for me to lock down access to I can open up it up. Let me know how I can provide connection details and credentials privately for you.

The camera provided the incorrect timestamp, causing the authorisation token becomes invalid.
It could be circumvented by setting the timezone in the camera the same as for the server. The issue was reported to the Dahua team.0
