Bookmark Form - Custom Fields (Incident Information / ARC Responses)

Good Afternoon,

We are using bookmarks more and more to record Incidents but the information Operators can log against a potential incident or bookmark is minimal.

Is it possible to create new Bookmark fields to use for Incident Management, later searched or filtered by, such as "Incident Type", "Postcode", "Resolve"?

Is there a more detailed way for Operators tp recorid information on Bookmarks or for Incident Management and VCA Responses (that generate Bookmarks) - for use in Control Rooms that monitor Public Space or an ARC that handle alot of Incdients and Alarm types?

Any assitance is appreciated.
