    Hi Tomohiro Urata,

I assume you use a local connection with your laptop on the same network as the Nx Mediaserver, port 7001 needs to be accessible for you.

If you use a cloud connection, some Firewall rules need to be created. If you share THIS support article with the IT team, they'll know what to do.

    Hi Norman,

Thank you for your quick response.

I will share the article with our IT team to change firewall rule.

On the other hands, I found a strange point.

I successfully accessed Nx media server whose version is 4.2. What is a difference between 5.0 and 4.2? If you have any observations, could you kindly let me know it?

    Hi Tomohiro Urata,

In that case, please first upgrade to the latest version of Nx Witness with the following in-client update credentials:

    Build: 35745
    Password: x7fivl

    Sorry for late reply.

Yes we solved the problem. It was caused by Zscaler.

When our IT team changed Zscaler firewall setting, I was able to access Nx server successfully.

    Thank you.
