Edit Layout Settings from top tab

It would be nice to add the Layout Settings menu option to the top tab instead of having to go down to the list of layouts. It would greatly reduce the time it takes to unlock and make changes to a locked shared layout.
My choice would be to add it below the Close All But This menu option. Might be wise to add the Rename menu option as well at the same time.
It is a minor thing, but would be nice.

I agree, it would be nice, but am not sure if it is a minor thing. GUI changes in general have a bigger impact than it initially seems.

On the same note, it'd be great for the admin to be able to lock/unlock a layout by right clicking them instead of going into the settings. It would save lots of time when modifying layouts for users.

Just in case -- you can click on the layout itself to access layout settings. But I understand that sometimes it's hard to find a free space on the layout
