Hello team, see if you can help me.

How can I add an intercom Akuvox E12 into NX optix?

I would like to receive a call and also speak over Wave VMS with the intercom.

How can I do that?

There is any procedure to do that?

  Hi @...,

  Please check THIS video, which shows the concept.

  It seems the Akuvox E12 has 2-way audio support and I/O support.
  So if the call button of the device can trigger an input on the device or is able to send an HTTP request, you should be able to set this up as shown in the video.
