It seems like the issue will require further investigation, as a result, we would like to connect remotely to your system with the reported issue in order to look into the problem as soon as possible. Would it be possible to provide remote access to the system through TeamViewer? If that is the case we will convert this topic into a support ticket, so you can share the login credentials privately.
