    Hi @...,

No dropdown, means no cameras were added to the server.

    See my system:

Server 1 holds and records all cameras, Server 2 (=RPI3) has no cameras and only serves as a notification server in case Server 1 goes offline.

I would check the Camera List in the System Administration menu, to check on which server the applicable cameras are.

    Hey Norman,

All cameras have been added to the server, they are just not visible. See settings here:

This shows that a subnet search for all cameras has found the applicable ones for our "ZGR-07-NVR-JT-HBT" server, but also confirmed that these have "already been added".

The tab on the left shows the check afterwards where no cameras are appearing in the camera list for the server.

To the left again, still no dropdown for the server.

So cameras are added and working, actively recording, etc. but just not visible to view.

    Hi @...,

All devices are already added, mean that they actually were added in the past to the server, and are available in the system.

    Did you check:

I would check the Camera List in the System Administration menu, to check on which server the applicable cameras are.

If they can't be found in this Camera List, then we have something wonderful to investigate.
