Server cannot be accessed
CompletedHello, My name is Timothy and I'm a certified NX operator. Recently I was looking into a server because the customer mentioned that their server is offline. When I checked, the server NX server was actually active inside the server. However, I cannot connect to the server through the NX desktop client. Sure enough, when I saw the customer's client through their notebook, It says that server is "offline", meaning that they've connected to the server but cannot do it now. How does one fix this problem?

Is this issue still relevant?
If so, it required to capture the event in the server logs at the VERBOSE loglevel.
Please check THIS support article for the steps to take for collecting VERBOSE logs.
