Nx software hanging and Outgoing Email Timed Out

Hello,

Past my Nx version is 4.0.0.30917. In this version all fine.  After updating to the latest version (5.0.0.35270), Nx software is hanging and sometimes Not Responding. We have been using Nx since 2016. We set Email alert function but in this latest version Email alert function is not work and error message is Timed Out. When I open a layout with 10 cameras it's always show loading (3 dots). We have 5 Nx Server. 270 cameras records over 1000T.

  Please tell us more about the system as described in THIS support article.
  I am curious which operating system versions you are using for the desktop client and server applications.

  Hi Norman,

  We have 5 Nx Server, 4 server are running on Windows 2012R2 and another one is on Win 7.  All the client are Win11 and Win10 21H2. Nx Server on Win7 is full of data with 250T. Thanks for your help.
