How to download recorded video using Nx Cloud

Can I ask whether Nx Cloud support to download a recorded video in Nx Witness Media Server? It seems not to support that feature.

  The is no function in the Nx Cloud to download recorded video, you could use the Nx Cloud webrelay though to download footage through the API.

  Please check THIS support article about the methodology.

  And check the API documentation (1) for the formatting of the request.

  

  In the API documentation (1), you navigate to Media (2), Direct Download (3) and you'll find all the relevant parameters for the API call.

  The request could look like this:

  https://{systemId}.relay.vmsproxy.com/hls/<cameraId>.mkv?pos=<timestamp>&duration=<sec>&hi=true&lo=true

  For example:

  https://ef18a181-d40a-404f-adbe-5fdbded3232e.relay.vmsproxy.com/hls/534370c7-1456-ad2a-40d2-77e6ce52b446.mkv?pos=1663748142&duration=60&hi=true&lo=true
