NXWitness system not accessible in NXCloud

Upgraded our NXWitness server from latest 4.x release to 5.0.0.35270 today.
Locally everything is working fine. System is connected to NXCloud but I'm not getting any info inside NXCloud (so no license, camera info, etc ...)
The mobile app is showing the system as unreachable.
I've removed the system allready multiple times and even recreated my NXCloud account but the problem persists.
How can I solve this ?

Ive been upgrading 80+ servers and have encountered this problem on several occasions,
the process that seems to give me least amount of issues is to create a back up under system administration in nx witness, then delete nx witness via remove programs both the server and the bundle, Downloaded the version 5+ from nxvms/download and reinstall , open nx create new system , go back into system administration and restore the backup, you can then delete the new system you created (it was only temporary) , on the odd occasion i just restart the computer and everything comes back online, after following this process,

@... Backup & restoring fixed the problem. It first seemed like nxcloud was still not functioning but after about 5 to 10 minutes everything was listed in nxcloud.
When opening the mobile app I now also received a trust certificate prompt and have remote access.
