NXWitness system not accessible in NXCloud

    Hi Filip 

    Ive been upgrading 80+ servers and have encountered this problem on several occasions,

    the process that seems to give me least amount of issues is to  create a back up under system administration in nx witness, then delete nx witness via remove programs both the server and the bundle, Downloaded the version 5+ from nxvms/download and reinstall , open nx create new system , go back into system administration and restore the backup, you can then delete the new system you created (it was only temporary) , on the odd occasion i just restart the computer and everything comes back online, after following this process,

    David Osborn    Backup & restoring fixed the problem.     It first seemed like nxcloud was still not functioning but after about 5 to 10 minutes everything was listed in nxcloud.

    When opening the mobile app I now also received a trust certificate prompt and have remote access.
