strange camera network issue

I got a new camera (reolink duo 2) and it is constantly dropping connection to the vms for ~10 seconds at a time. This is only happening in day/color made. When it auto switches or i manually switch it to black and white/night mode it stops happening. I tried live viewing the camera in its web interface, and when it is dropping to the VMS it still plays back fine within its web interface. Switching RTP Transport to UDP in advanced settings in the VMS fixes, but im curious why it could be happening and if it can fixed while keeping tcp. I captured a TCP dump when it happens, around 14:31:52.975663 is when it drops in the vms:

    I checked the Wireshark file and noticed that the camera drops RTP packets and sometimes stops sending packets at all, which results in a TEARDOWN from the server, so it can reestablish the connection, which is does.

    This also explain why UDP does work. Where UDP doesn't care it an RTP packet is dropped or responses are delayed, TCP does require the RTP sequence and answers to requests.

    Typically, this is caused by limited resources in the camera SoC, but also could occur if multiple resources pull streams from the same device.
