How to install NX Witness application in kiosk mode of windows 10

The HD Witness Launcher.exe does not work in the Kiosk mode of Windows 10 when I offer it as a Win32 app called AUMID. The AUMID is required for Win32 Apps under kiosk mode. I can't use other exe files because they are not put in the start menu and therefore do not get AUMID.

The NX Witness app is not in the MS app store and you cannot use a browser, this will not work.

I don't get any error messages: the app starts up and then you only see an empty desktop and a mouse arrow. If you click with the mouse you will get the Kiosk screen again.

  Hello Iwan Bourgonje,

  We never tested it and never tried to support our client in Kiosk mode. Even if you could make it work, it won't work with our in-client update. Manual update with installer will be required on each new version release.

  I would recommend submitting a New Feature Idea for this so our product team can this into consideration for feature versions.

  Yes I have use this article

  But no results for HD Witness.exe 

  only for the applauncher.exe

  I checked it on my Windows VM and the AUMID is:

  {6D809377-6Af0-444B-8957-A3773F02200E}\Networkoptix\Nx Witness\Client\5.0.0.35567\HD Witness Launcher.exe

  But no clue if that works for you.

  Do you also have the AUMID from HD Witnesse.exe
