Analytics plug-in

We have a line of cameras developed for our company by a supplier. How do I get DW to recognized the analytics capabilities of these cameras? I assume a plug-in/DLL needs to be developed, but how do I go about that? We have asked the supplier to work on this, but they have stated that they need the assistance of your engineers to make it happen.

  Hi @...,

  It depends. If the devices are OEMs of existing integrated brands, it might be fairly easy and probably can be done quickly.

  If it is a completely new integration, it has to pass through DW, and they have to request the integration from us, supply API's etc. and then it can be added to the backlog. This will take a fair bit longer and would require physical devices being shipped to us.
