    Hi Michael Kaye,

    There was an unexpected service performance degrade on the cloud around a few days ago and it has been fixed. Do you still have the same issue now? Is your system OK to connect now?

    If not - Please try to restart the service and logout/login the cloud account on your desktop/mobile/cloud client. 
    Please let us know if the system is still offline after the operations.
