Disconnect from NX cloud

I have a server that developed a fault and can no longer be rebooted. 

I would like to removed it from our cloud account - but am unable. 

If I log into the cloud portal and navigate to the server in question, it shows the server as offline. I have a grey button that says "Disconnect from cloud". On click I get a confirmation asking if I am sure. If I click the big red disconnect - nothing happens and the server stays attached to the cloud account.

  Thanks for the information and report. Yes, it looks like the behavior is expected.

  However, this would not affect any further of your account or systems, even the new systems with the same name would be fine, but yes, sometimes it could be a little bit confusing.

  
  I have raised an internal suggestion to see if our developers can do something on it in the future.
  If you are using the desktop client, you can delete the tiles of the offline systems on the welcome screen.
