I have a server that developed a fault and can no longer be rebooted.
I would like to removed it from our cloud account - but am unable.
If I log into the cloud portal and navigate to the server in question, it shows the server as offline. I have a grey button that says "Disconnect from cloud". On click I get a confirmation asking if I am sure. If I click the big red disconnect - nothing happens and the server stays attached to the cloud account.
