Lost license key

We took over a customer using NX Witness from another company. But the NX server is gone, and we have not been provided with the old license key. Is there a way to find out what the license code was based on the owners cloud account, so we can activate it again on a new server?

  Hi Support TSG,

  Nx Licenses are bound to the server, without the server, server logs, or the hardware ID (which can be found on the server) we can't check which license keys are connected to the server.

  Perhaps the key is provided on the invoice, or the original supplier has it in their documentation?

  Ps. I'm more than happy to provide some temporary licenses to bridge the time between today and the time required to find the license keys.
