    Hi Support TSG,

    Nx Licenses are bound to the server, without the server, server logs, or the hardware ID (which can be found on the server) we can't check which license keys are connected to the server.

    Perhaps the key is provided on the invoice, or the original supplier has it in their documentation?

    Ps. I'm more than happy to provide some temporary licenses to bridge the time between today and the time required to find the license keys.
