Hello,

I activated this camera and the plugin in the settings, but no reaction from the plugins. Events are created and everything is switched on in the camera for line violations. what am I doing wrong

  Please be sure that the camera firmware is up to date. And could you please share the Nx software version with us?

  Hello MS Chuang,

   

  is the last firmware Firmware_V5.7.3_220112 from the Cam and NX is 5.0
