Abnormal closing of a client program

It happens eveyday abnormal closing of a client program.

• ver - sequrinet VMS v4.2.33230-win64
• CPU - i7(10700)
• RAM - 16GB
• VGA - GT 730
• OS - windows10 64bit
• DISK (ssd-120GB / OS, HDD-4TB / Recording)
• monitor - Dual (HDMI, DVI) - 1080P
• Display#1 (6 vidoes @ H.265, 1080P, average 1Mbps) - dual stream
• Display#2 (19 vidoes @ H.264, 1080P, average 2Mbps) - single stream

Resource 

• CPU - average 40%
• RAM - average 35%
• GPU - average 70%

It can not connet to online.

How can I fixed it?

  You can provide the necessary and required information for troubleshooting.

  Please refer to this article and collect the log/crashdump accordingly

  It dosen't exist that path on the Windows 11.

  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\

  Hi daniel park,

  Your issue is "Client Program", so please check the instruction for Nx Desktop Client.
  The file should be in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\

  Hi! Ichiro, 

  I send you windows event log with client Verbose log.

  It was occurred at P.M. 5:21.

  This system use dual monitor with 2 different client.

  Today, It was closed only 1 client.(other client normal)
  
  This test only client with out sever program.
