    May I know if the 2-way audio function works on the Desktop client or not?
    Additionally, is the device firmware up to date?

    Yes the desktop client works

    Device firmware is on the latest.

    I have a Dahua camera with audio on the same system and the microphone icon is available in the mobile app for that one

    I have tried a Samsung mobile now with the same result

    I'm able to see the same problem on our v5.0 system and confirm the bug on our mobile client.
    I'll report to the developer and request the fix. However, please understand there's no solid schedule/timeline for the fix that could be provided at the moment.

    I also have this issue, a P8221 on a v5.0.0.35745.  The mic icon doesn't appear on the mobile app, but does on the desktop app.  

    We have also tested with an Axis horn speaker, the Axis C3003-E, and this is visible as expected on the mobile app, so the issue seems to be limited to the P8221 module. 

    I need to fix this somehow urgently for a client.  Is there any update on this please with a fix or a patch or any other way it can be sorted manually?
