3rd stream but not 2nd working with NX
CompletedHi
Seem to be having issues with some Honeywell cameras, believe they are Dahua OEM. Essentially there is an issue pulling the 2nd/sub stream, it doesn't work by default. I've done some testing and enabled the 3rd stream and NX seems to be working correctly with that, so there is a solution in that.
Just wondering why it doesn't work with the 2nd and if it is possible to get it working without having to enable the 3rd and set it up. Also haven't checked with these cameras as I know some then limit analytics and so on with the extra stream enabled. Have keep camera stream and profile settings checked to confirm this, it's only once I've enabled the 3rd stream on the camera that the camera will pull the lo-res sub stream correctly. Screenshot below using an ONVIF tool to confirm streams.

Hello Dion Maher,
Can you share a screenshot of the Camera Settings menu, tab General that displays the two RTSP streams (1)?

Hey Norman.
This is the one of the ones where I've got the secondary stream working but with the 3rd stream/substream 2 enabled on the Honeywell cameras.
This is one of the cameras on default factory settings where it's picking up the same main stream for both despite having the 2nd stream enabled. -
Hi Dion Maher,
I noticed that the devices use quite old firmware versions, could you check if there are updates available and apply these if available?

Hi Norman - Nx Support, have some issues getting hold of firmware updates from our Honeywell contact at this stage

Hi Dion Maher,
Would it be possible to provide remote access to the device through port forwarding? If that is the case we will convert this topic into a support ticket, so you can share the login credentials privately.
