Dahua N52B3P4 adding as multisensor
CompletedI see N52B3P as added to encoder list way back in 3.2 but the 4 at the end appears to mean 4TB only I believe.
Running 5.0.0.35138 (i know what you're going to say but they are hesitant to help on 'unreleased' SW)
(I have 5 other systems with issues from 4.2 that haven't been resolved in 5.0 if this works it would be great to try resolve).
Thank you

Hi I S,
Can you share a screenshot Camera Settings menu, tab General that reveals the Vendorname, Modelname, and Firmware? This would help me to resolve the issue.
Also, what other issues are you talking about?

Thanks Norman - Nx Support!
In the meantime I removed and went to 4.2 so i could get support but seeing your response i went back to 5.
Interestingly now I can't get more than 4 channels but I think its just confused.
Re: the other issues - I will summarize issues and post in reply - thank you.

Hi I S,
Allow me some time to discuss this. I assume it isn't a major issue, since you can change the Device name easily, but it is unexpected to appear like this.

Good morning Norman, the name isn't an issue.
Its identifying after about 5 minutes as a Multisensor camera (presuming that's the icon). Its therefor asking for 8 prof licenses and i have 8 encoder licenses.
Its unfortunately a major issue as it needs to be installed tomorrow out of town.
(regarding the other system's with issues - is there a better place to discuss those (i.e. email) or do you want them here?)
Thank you for your help!

Hi I S,
The icon in the first image is for a multi-sensor device. The icon, with the uuid is the correct icon for an encoder/nvr/dvr and in theory should use 1 encoder licence for 4 channels.
I'll convert this topic into a ticket, and we can work towards a solution from there.
