    It seems like the issue will require further investigation, as a result, we would like to connect remotely to your camera with the reported issue in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    Would you please port forward the camera and share its details with us?

    We have the same issue after updating to NX v5. Is there an issue with NX and Dahua analytics?

    There are no known issues for Dahua analytics. But the case statop referred to, wasn't supported yet, but is currently in the process of our QA process.

    I have same issue, i cant get any Object detection from camera ITC215-PW6M-IRLZF-C2 firmware 2.625.0000000.1.R, Build Date 2021-07-09.

    I can create rules events y works fine but cant get Advanced ocbjects detection.

    i can alow remote access to my camera aswell if needed.

    The feature isn't available yet. Please keep an eye on the release notes for upcoming patches, since we plan to introduce it in one of the upcoming 5.0 patches.
