Android Cloud Login
CompletedFollowing the recent Android update for NX Witness I was logged out of the NX Cloud. Unfortunately, when I attempted to log in again, I input the wrong email address. This obviously wouldn't allow login but bafflingly it is now impossible to edit the email address to correct it in the input box. It constantly reverts to the "wrong address". I have switched off "save passwords" in settings to no effect.
I am at a loss to know how to remedy this.

Hi ChipMonk,
Can you provide more details about how to reproduce the issue you encounter?
I tried it with my Android 11 device with Nx Mobile 22.3.35088 but could switch easily between different cloud accounts.
When I enter an incorrect email address, I get the following message and I can't log in:
To switch accounts, click on the menu button in the top-left corner:
And click on the email address to log out and change to another account:

Sorry Norman, I've been ill and also away from home. I thought I'd replied immediately but it obviously didn't leave my phone.
I have app v22.3.35088 on Android 12.
As described above, I only ran into the problem because I tried to log in with the wrong (unregistered) email address. But I could only resolve the problem by going to my PC and creating a new NX-Cloud account with that address. It was impossible to delete or edit the emails address in the dialogue box in the app.
Perhaps a glitch with Android 12 - it did introduce quite a bit of "weirdness"

Hi ChipMonk,
I'm afraid that in the current status, there is not much to investigate, but the issue is noted, so our team is aware of the experience and if we encounter similar or related issues, we attempt to resolve it to prevent future issues.
