    Hi,

    I have the same issue with the iOS app since the update last week.

    This also results in not receiving IVS Rules push notifications, for which the cloud login is required. I never experienced this issue with the previous version of the iPhone app.

    hi, i have the same issue. "Save passwords" is enabled in the app settings, but i have to reenter cloud credentials again after short time. i`m on ios, too

    3 of us in the office are experiencing these issues on a near daily basis ( Our own systems) and we have had many reports of this when speaking to owners of systems, mainly on IPhones

    To add to this, Issues experienced on a system in Ipad:

    Push notifications come up, but state that there is no information available on the push notification tab, nor image attached. This Ipad is connected to 2 systems with different versions ( 4.1 and 4.2 )

    When re-logging in to cloud, a RED Rectangle Flashes up quickly and disappears immediately with the warning "Please use the desktop version", then proceeds to log into the cloud service.

    These issues started approx 2 weeks ago, the clients update automatically

    After the cloud update, the expiration time has been extended, please check if you still have the same issue.
    Once you see the same problem again, please don't hesitate to notify us.

    There should be no further actions need to be done on mobile client side (just remember to update to 22.3 as you may have done)
