    Hi Miguel Dina,

    Could you restart the mediaserver application once? To check if this resolves the issue?

    If tje issue remains present, please provide the following information:

    1. Share the version of the VMS.
    2. The OS that is used on the server application.
    3. Hardware specifications on which the server application is running on.
    4. Elevate the loglevel to VERBOSE.
    5. Restart the mediaserver application.
    6. Check for the message, if still present, collect the logs and share them with us.
    7. Change the loglevel back the INFO.
    8. Restart the mediaserver application.

    Hi there,

    Plz find VMS version and server info on attached images.

    Got to the WebAdmin page and Advanced settings but clould not find the option to change the LogLevel to Verbose. Did a screemCast video but can't attached here.Plz find images instead.

    Hey Norman,

    We REALLY need to ask for your 2 hands over this matter.
    We have a very important demo of NX to present this wednesday and need the Hanwha Plugin working perfectly since the client uses Hanwha cameras.

    Tomorrow i will out for the whole day but will get back to you tuesday first time in the morning.

    We could not complete your instructions to Elevate the loglevel to VERBOSE. Got lost in the way.

    We could provide you a remote access to the system but now that i remember you have cloud access already.

    Good day Norman,

    Alejandro Murillo (Our NX sales Rep.) provided us access to a built that solved the Hanwha issue but sadly removed the fix for the AXIS M4308 and now its no longer working. The new installed built is 5.0.0.35136

    How do you suggest us to procedd?.

    Hi Miguel,

    I'll create a private patch, that incorporates anything for the 35136 build, but the M4308 fix as well.
    I'll let you know, once available.

    Hi Miguel,

    If you update to private patch v5.0.0.35163, the Axis patch should be included.

    In-Client Upgrade:

    Build Number:   35163
    Password:   h5q8zc

    This Axis patch will be included in the upcoming 5.0. patch as well, and these can be used in a production environment.
