I/O error has occurred, but playback is ok.

Hi

I have a NAS with 2 LUNs created, each of them is attached to an Nx server (Nx Server 1 and 2 which are merged) via iscsi.

Now I keep having "I/O error has occured" on Server 2, but when I check the camera playback everything seem to be ok. Nothing is happening on Server 1 so far.

Is there anyway to understand more regarding this I/O error?

  Hi Kevin Chen,

  Please check THIS support article which mentions the reason behind the I/O errors.

  Further investigations could be done in the OS logs or NAS logs to find the root cause of the issue. In this case the VMS just brings you the message.
