Dahua Cameras Offline

Hi all

After most recent update several DAHUA cameras are not coming through to NX but are accessible via webpage:

Diagnostics tells me:

FAILED: Camera request "getCapabilities" failed with error "Fault info. Reason: Operation now in progress. Additional: SOAP-ENV:Receiver 

 

Its happening with the following models:

DH-IPC-HDBW2431EP-S-0280B-S2 

and 

DH-IPC-HDBW2431RP-ZAS-27135-S2

 

All was working fine prior to update

I have tried new onvif users, removing title and time overlay and disabling audio. Still not working

Any ideas?

  • An update of the camera firmware?
  • An update of Nx Witness?
  • An update of the operating system?

  Hi Nx tea,

  I have the same problem... 

  There is not changes before the problem appear, neither SO, Nx Witness or camera firmware. After upgrade camera firmware, the camera works well for a few minutes but get offline later.

  Any suggestion on this case?
